About Russell Pacific

The PV industry is emerging so quickly that products and pricing are changing on an almost daily basis. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers and act as their trusted procurement advisors.

We want our customers to feel confident that they can make one call to Russell Pacific and receive insight, advice and cost estimates that are market-leading and time-sensitive, as well as gain connections to specialty service providers that help execute their projects. We also want to provide the finest logistics execution and customer service experience possible, so that our customers complete projects without issues or interruptions.

Management

Eben Russell, Founder/Member
Eben worked as a residential and commercial solar installer in San Diego, California, as sales distribution manager for PV Powered, and most recently, as Manager of Business Development for Suntech America, Inc. Before making a career change to the PV industry in 2002, Eben was a portfolio manager for UBS Investments.

Jay Miles, Member
Before joining the PV industry, Jay managed and developed accounts in the medical industry and also has had a career racing sailboats professionally. Jay has won multiple sailing championships on the National and World level both as a tactician and skipper. Jay received his PV Training at the Green Academy in conjunction with Salt Lake Community College. He now lives with his wife and two kids in Park City, Utah.

Thomas Russell, Member
Prior to joining Russell Pacific, Tom spent 23 years as a portfolio manager, actively managing, meeting with, and advising over 2000 corporate and private clients for a registered investment brokerage firm. He held the title of Registered Principal with the NASD. He received his PV training at Solar Energy International.
